About the island
The island belongs to the Thai countryside and offers a quiet and relaxed atmosphere, an ideal get-away for those wishing to avoid the busy tourist centers. (Ca.2.800 inhabitants). Most residents work as fishermen and (rubber) farmers

The island is 4 x 8 km and fairly flat, but there are two hills about 150 meters, offering a view of the island and the sea. The infrastructure is very good, and the new (cement) roads make sure you can see during one visit every corner of the island by walking and (mountain / motor) bike tours. And further the island offers many possibilities such as: diving / snorkeling, kayaking / canoeing, fishing boat trips, island hopping.

About the bungalows
The bungalows are in a small resort with only 20 cottages, bungalows and rooms, well maintained (cleaned daily) and with a touch of natural decoration of wood and bamboo. All rooms come with a bathroom, private terrace and good quality mattresses. Some with air conditioning / hot water.

The resort is a tropical paradise built in a coconut plantation, surrounded by swaying palm trees and hundreds of tropical flowers and plants.
The resort is located directly along the beach, overlooking nearby islands, and the ability to swim in clean water.
We do not pretend to be a luxury hotel, but generally in all its simplicity, the resort has a very good standard, and the surrounding bungalows and very functional and comfortable. In our open air restaurant with a terrace near the beach, decorated with tropical flowers and plants, we serve a number of Thai and Western dishes.

Over het eiland
Het eiland behoort tot het Thaise platteland en biedt een rustige en relaxte sfeer, een ideale get-away voor diegenen die de drukke toeristische centra te vermijden. (ca.2.800 inwoners). De meesten inwoners werken als vissers en (rubber)boeren

Het eiland is 4 x 8 km en vrij vlak, wel zijn er 2 heuvels van zo'n 150 mtr,1 biedt uitzicht over het eiland en de zee. De infrastructuur is zeer goed en dankzij de nieuwe (cement-) wegen kunt u tijdens een bezoek elke hoek van het eiland bezichtigen door middel van wandel-en (berg / motor) fiets-tochten. Verder biedt het eiland de veel mogelijkheden zoals: duiken/snorkelen,kajak/ kano varen, visboot tochten, island hoppen.

Over de bungalows
De bungalows staan in een klein resort met slechts 20 cottages, bungalows en kamers, goed onderhouden (dagelijks schoongemaakt) en met een vleugje natuurlijke decoratie van hout en bamboe. Verder hebben alle kamers een badkamer, eigen terras en matrassen van goede kwaliteit. Sommige met Airco/ warm water.

Het resort is een tropisch paradijs gebouwd in een kokos plantage,omgeven door wuivende palmbomen en honderden tropische bloemen en planten.
Het resort ligt direct langs het strand, dat uitzicht biedt op nabijgelegen eilanden, en de mogelijkheid om te zwemmen in schoon water.
We pretenderen niet een luxe hotel te zijn, maar over het algemeen in al zijn eenvoud heeft het resort heeft een zeer goede standaard, en zijn de bungalows en omgeving erg functioneel en comfortabel. In onze open air restaurant met terras nabij het strand, versierd met veel tropische bloemen en planten, serveren wij Thaise en een aantal Westerse gerechten.
